Warranty & Insurance Company Collaborations With Kennedy Auto Solutions

At Kennedy Auto Solutions, we understand that navigating the intricacies of Insurance, Extended, and Aftermarket Warranty companies can be a time-consuming and resource-intensive process. Here’s how we handle working with your warranty company:


  1. Coordination and Communication: We’re more than happy to contact your insurance or warranty company on your behalf to explore repair coverage options for your vehicle. Our dedicated team at Kennedy Auto Solutions handles the administrative tasks, which includes initiating the conversation and providing all necessary vehicle details, part and labor information, and findings.
  2. Adjuster Verification: In some cases, your warranty company may dispatch an adjuster to validate the repair requirements. This may temporarily pause work on your vehicle, as the adjuster examines it on a lift.
  3. Administrative Fees: To alleviate the substantial administrative workload, we charge an hourly fee of $150, covering tasks such as contacting third-party payers, collaborating with field adjusters/inspectors, filing supplements, and collecting payments.
  4. Fee Discounts: As a token of our appreciation for your business, we offer a 10% discount on the administrative fees. This discount is calculated based on the total repair invoice. Examples: Example 1: If the repair process involves an hour of administrative work, the discount would cover the administrative fee if the total repair bill is $1,500 or more. Example 2: If we spend 30 minutes on hold and 15 minutes discussing details, and the warranty company denies coverage, you would be responsible for a $112.50 administrative fee in addition to any diagnostic fees incurred. The discount amount cannot exceed the administrative fee.
  5. Upfront Authorization: To streamline the process, we require customers to authorize a $150 fee upfront before initiating any work related to their warranty company. This ensures a smooth collaboration and efficient handling of your vehicle’s repair needs.
